Guest List Settings

To change the fields that will be displayed on the guest list to show guest details other than the default “Company”, “Email”, and “Paid” fields, tap the settings icon on the top right corner of your guest list.

In the section that says “Custom Fields”, you can tap Custom Field 1, 2, or 3 to change the displayed fields.

*Note: You can only choose from uploaded fields on your guest list or fields collected on your pre-registration platform.


Change Custom Fields here so that they appear on your guest list columns. 

For example, you can change "Email" custom field to "RSVP status". This will display a "Yes/No" column for the event organizer to easily see if the guest has pre-registered for the event.
