Nothing happens when I check a guest in/print a badge

On the Web Platform:

In the Guest List App:

  • Make sure that Auto Print is turned ON in the Guest List app settings.
  • Confirm that you are using a current version of the Guest List App by checking the bottom right corner of the black status bar.

In the iPad Settings:

  • Make sure that the iPad is connected to the same network as the printer. 

On the Printer:

  • Make sure the printer is ON, connected to internet and calibrated
