Resetting and Syncing Data

When changes are made to the Guest List or event settings on the web platform, sometimes those changes are not accurately reflected on the Guest List app. If other troubleshooting steps do not update the app data, resetting the event data will force the app to resync. This can be done on both iOS and Android devices.

1. iOS Guest List App

Search for the event name on the event list

When the event appears, swipe left on the event name and tap "Reset Data", and "Continue".

2. Android Guest List App

Search for the event name on the event list

When the event appears, press and hold on the event name and tap "Continue"
