I can't find my event! (Pre-event)

  • First filter to show All Events
  • Go to Profile to ensure you are logged into the correct account.


  • If not the correct account, log out and find the QR Code that was sent to your email address.


  • Once you have opened the email you can either, 
    • Tap the click here to begin button or
    • Open the app and tap Scan a Code
  • You will be prompted to validate the license and link to your Boomset account or sign in as a guest


  • If you are sharing a license between team members, make sure you are logged in with the correct email credentials or PIN number.
