To accommodate for integrations or spreadsheet uploads with multiple registrations per attendee you can enable the “Registration Merge” feature.
By default, this will merge any registrations with the same First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
When the attendees populate in the Guest List app, their tickets will be merged together so they can be checked in all at once, or individually if desired.
Changing one of the default fields in a registration (First Name, Last Name, or Email) will un-merge the ticket from the grouping.
You can enable separate badges to print for each ticket if the tickets belong to different Registration Types.
If you’d like to give attendees access to sessions based on the associated tickets they have, you may enable access control in the session for that ticket only. For more information, please see Session Scanning with Registration Merge.
